First Aid/Emergencies

In case of emergency, immediately contact any police officer or other emergency personnel. Local rescue workers travel up and down the Old Town Mall throughout the entire evening.


We encourage you to visit our local restaurants. From fine dining to grab and go, there is something for everyone and a wide variety of foods to enjoy.

Lost and Found

First Night Winchester headquarters is closed due to COVID.  In the event of a lost child, please report it immediately by calling 911.


Parking is available in each of the downtown parking garages.


Each venue is independently owned and operated.  Pets are not allowed into the venues unless they are service animals.  Your cooperation is appreciated.


Restrooms are located in each of our venues. Due to COVID, all venues are closed this year.  All venues are handicap accessible. A public restroom is located near the splash pad on the south end of the walking mall for a small fee.


First Night Winchester goes on rain, shine, ice or snow—so please dress appropriately for walking to the venues. All admission sales are final.
