We encourage you to visit our local restaurants. From fine dining to grab and go, there is something for everyone and a wide variety of foods to enjoy.
Don’t want to drive home when the festivities are over? A number of local hotels are offering First Night Winchester Packages. Find those deals HERE. You may also contact the Winchester/Frederick County Visitor’s Center at (540) 542-1326 or visitwinchesterva.com to find additional lodging options.
Lost and Found
First Night Winchester headquarters is the location for the lost and found. Our headquarters will be located at 33 E. Boscawen Street (next to City Hall). In the event of a lost child, please report it immediately by calling 911.
Sponsored parking, in each of the downtown parking garages, is being provided to you by our friends at The Bayliss Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. Parking spaces will be available on a first-come, first serve basis beginning at 5 pm on December 31st.
Each venue is independently owned and operated. Pets are not allowed into the venues unless they are service animals. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Restrooms are located in each of our venues. All venues are handicap accessible. A public restroom is located near the splash pad on the south end of the walking mall for a small fee.
Keep in mind
Volunteers will check all attendees at venue entrances to make sure you are wearing your First Night wristband. Seating is first-come, first-served and all venues are emptied before second or third seating begins. Late admission is at the sole discretion of site management. We make every effort to start all performances on time.
Please respect our houses of worship and all other venues. First Night Winchester thanks all our venues for generously opening their doors to us for this event. We do ask that you help to keep all venues (and downtown) clean, and deposit trash in appropriate receptacles. Please remember that food, beverages and smoking are not permitted in any of the venues.
First Night Winchester goes on rain, shine, ice or snow—so please dress appropriately for walking to the venues. All admission sales are final.
