Purchasing a First Night Winchester wristband constitutes your awareness of and consent to the indoor mask requirement.
Ring in the New Year with a full day of activities. Start the day with children’s programming beginning at 10 am. Finish the day as we countdown the end of 2021 with our Apple Drop. And, welcome 2022 with a spectacular fireworks display at Midnight!
All events will take place regardless of weather. Purchase of First Night Winchester admission allows you access to a day full of festivities. All sales are final; no refunds.
Admission to First Night Winchester will be in the form of a wristband. You may purchase a limited edition First Night Winchester 35th Anniversary Button without a wristband, for an additional $5 on New Year’s Eve. Please note that only the wristband will gain you access to the entertainment.
On December 1st you can reserve your wristband online. The cost is $12 per wristband which includes a convenience fee. Please retain your printed receipt for online purchases; it is required for pick up of wristbands. Digital copies cannot be accepted. Wristbands that are ordered online will be available for pick-up at the Winchester-Frederick County Visitor’s Center on Pleasant Valley, beginning December 21st.
Wristbands may be purchased in-person, beginning December 21st and running through December 31st, or while supplies last. You can buy your wristband admission for $10 per person, children 5 and under are FREE.

On December 31st, First Night Winchester Headquarters will be located at 33 E. Boscawen Street. Only then can you purchase your wristband and commemorative buttons from 5-9 pm. Cash and credit cards will be accepted at headquarters. There is a $2 convenience fee for each admission purchased by credit card.
